4. 5s Champion course
The person responsible for ensuring adherance to the 5s system and 'sustain' element. This would usually be a person from senior management.
The Champion will be given the necessary training, from the implementation practitioner course to understand all aspects of the 5s System, without going into the full details as this will be the role of the practitioner. The Champion will be seen as the overseer and not the implementor.
Making the periodic checks and walk through inspections and audits, posting the results of 5s performance and adherence for the teams and departments.
